The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing our company’s digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will have experience in creating and executing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. They will be responsible for driving brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation through effective digital marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Track and analyze website traffic and marketing metrics.
2. Utilize SEO and SEM to improve website visibility.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
4. Utilize email marketing to engage and nurture leads.
Utilize paid advertising, including Google AdWords, Facebook ads, and LinkedIn ads to reach target audience.
5. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate our company’s value proposition to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve territory sales targets and business objectives.
  2. Identify and prioritize sales opportunities within the assigned territory, including new customer acquisition and existing account growth.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.

  1. 5 years plus of proven success in sales, preferably in the biotech related industry/sector.
  2. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at various levels of the organization.
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  7. Demonstrated knowledge of biotechnological products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  8. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
