Intended Use
PCR DNA Purification Kits (Spin Columns) is based on our proprietary silica membrane purification technology, capable of purifying 80 bp-10 kb DNA fragments from PCR or other enzymatic reactions.  The purified DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as restriction digestion, PCR amplification, library preparation.
