BeingBio Freeze-Dried Multiplex Real Time PCR Kit for Streptococcus pneumonia / mycoplasma pneumonia kit is suitable for qualitative detection of Streptococcus pneumonia (SP) and Mycoplasma Pneumonia (MP) in sputum or throat swabs samples of patients. It can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia and streptococcus pneumonia.

Gel DNA Purification kit
Quick View

Intended Use

Gel DNA Purification Kits (Spin Columns) are used to isolate DNA fragments from an agarose gel after electrophoresis with TAE or TBE buffer.

Purified DNA is suitable for various downstream routine applications, including restriction digestion, PCR amplification, sequencing, ligation, and transformation.

Features

  • With the unique silica membrane, it is easy and quick step for highly purified DNA.
  • Optimized buffer system, high recovery rate and purity.
  • For purifying 80 bp-10 kb DNA fragments.

Genomic DNA kit
Quick View

Intended Use
Gel Purification DNA Kits (Magnetic Beads) is capable of quickly extracting and purifying 100 bp-30 kb DNA fragments from TAE or TBE agarose gel, and the recovery can be up to 80%. The nanometer magnetic beads in the kit can specifically adsorb nucleic acid, remove other impurities, and obtain high-quality DNA recovery products. The purified PCR products is suitable for use in the most sensitive downstream applications, including PCR analysis, restriction enzyme digestion, sequencing.

Features

  • Capable of quickly extracting and purifying 100 bp-30 kb DNA fragments from TAE or TBE agarose gel, and the recovery can be up to 80%.
  • The operation is simple and fast, and the whole recycling process only takes about 30 minutes.
  • High-pass quantization and automation of DNA recovery can be realized without centrifugation.

INTENDED USE

CommaXTM His gravity flow columns are packed with highly cross-linked Poly (methyl methacrylate) beads which are coated with a propriety hydrophilic layer, then grafted with IDA ligands which donate binding sites to Ni2+ ions, forming an immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) medium for purifying recombinant proteins with poly-histidine tags.

Recombinant proteins with poly-histidine tags are retained due to the formation of complex compounds between their poly-histidine tags and immobilized Ni2+ ions. Impurity proteins without poly-histidine tags are washed off. The target proteins are eluted with an imidazole buffer solution.

CommaXTM His gravity flow columns can be operated by gravity flow. They offer higher purification performance if operated by positive pressure via peristaltic pumps or syringes.

FEATURES

  • Puncturable upper caps confer easy connection with peristaltic pumps and syringes
  • Ease of use, no need for dedicated purification systems

APPLICATIONS

  • Purification of recombinant proteins with poly-histidine tags from various express systems, such as bacterial, insect and mammal cells.
His Prepacked Columns
Quick View

INTENDED USE

His-Tag Purification prepacked columns are packed with highly cross-linked Poly (methyl methacrylate) beads which are coated with a propriety hydrophilic layer, then grafted with IDA ligands which donate binding sites to Ni2+ ions, forming an immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) medium for purifying recombinant proteins with Poly histidine tags. The Beingbio His prepacked columns provide a fast, convenient, and reproducible format for preparative purification of histidine-tagged (His-tag) recombinant proteins.

Recombinant proteins with Poly histidine tags are retained due to the formation of complex compounds between their Poly histidine tags and immobilized Ni2+ ions. Impurity proteins without Poly histidine tags are washed off. The target proteins are eluted with an imidazole buffer solution.

His-Tag Purification prepacked columns are available in 1 mL and 5 mL sizes.

FEATURES

  • Superior biocompatibility
  • Uncompromised biological activities
  • High purification yields
  • Moderate experimental conditions

APPLICATIONS

  • Purification of recombinant proteins with Poly-histidine tags from various express systems, such as bacterial, insect, and mammal cells.
  • purification of His tagged membrane proteins to study lipid binding.
  • purification of His tagged spider toxin and variants to evaluate sodium channel inhibition.

INTENDED USE
The Drug of Abuse test is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of multiple drugs and drug metabolites in urine at specified cut-off levels of the following drugs:
— Ketamine (KET)

TEST PROCEDURE:
Review “Specimen collection ” instructions. Test devices, patient samples, and controls should be brought to temperature (20-30℃) before testing. Do not open pouches until ready to perform the assay.

1. Remove the test cassette from its protective pouch. Label the cassette with the patient’s name or control number.
2. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine to the specimen well(S) of the test cassette, and then start the timer. Use a separate pipette and cassette for each sample or control.

3. Read the result between 3 to 8 minutes after the addition of samples. Do not read the result after 10 minutes.
