Intended Use
PCR DNA Purification Kit (Magnetic Beads) is designed for rapid and reliable purification of PCR Products. This kit can purify DNA fragments from direct PCR samples or samples with loading buffer. The purification rate of above 100 bp DNA fragments are up to 80%. The kit can obtain nucleic acid products with excellent purity after the steps of binding liquid, magnetic bead adsorption of DNA fragments, washing and elution. The purified PCR products is suitable for use in the most sensitive downstream applications, including PCR analysis, restriction enzyme digestion, sequencing.
