Plasmid preparation columns are based on anion-exchange resins. The resins are composed of small particles with uniform particle, to provide high yields and reproducible performance. The extracted plasmid is ready for use in many downstream applications, including sequencing, library construction, transcription, and transfection.

Experimental overview
Typical results
pUC19 was extracted from 80 mL overnight E. coli (DH5a) using columns O-3002 made by company O and RS3002 made by BeingBio, and the final elution volume was 1.0 ml.
