Intended Use
Mini Plasmid Purification Kit (Magnetic Beads )lyses cells by alkaline lysis, and then adsorbs and releases plasmid DNA by silica-based magnetic beads, so as to separate and purify plasmid DNA. The purified plasmid DNA is suitable for downstream applications such as restriction digestion, PCR amplification, library reparation and other molecular biology experiments. Magnetic bead method is not only more convenient and faster to extract plasmid DNA, but also can be used with various nucleic acid extraction equipment or workstation.
Features
♦ Kit can quickly extract and purify plasmid DNA without centrifugation.
♦ The buffer solution system exclude Phenol/chloroform, it is safe to operator and environment.
♦ The kit can be used with nucleic acid extraction instruments to get large-scale and high-throughput extraction. It is simple, fast and efficient.
Intended Use
N96 Plasmid Miniprep Kit is based on our proprietary silica membrane purification technology capable of quickly extracting and purifying plasmid DNA. Combined with 96-well frits, 96-well collection plates, and vacuum or centrifuge, a kit would be fast, efficient, and high-throughput to extract plasmid DNA. Extracted DNA is ready to use in many downstream applications, including restriction digestion, PCR amplification, ligation and transformation, PCR, sequencing, and library construction.
Features
Intended Use
Plasmid Preparation Kit (Anion-exchange) is based on our anion-exchange chromatography. The resins are composed of small particles with uniform particle, to provide high yields and reproducible performance. The extracted plasmid is ready to use in many downstream applications, including sequencing, library construction, transcription, and transfection.
Features
♦ High yield: up to mg-level plasmid DNA.
♦ High purity: like CsCl gradient centrifugation and purification.
♦ Suitable for high or low copy plasmids.
Intended Use
Gel DNA Purification Kits (Spin Columns) are suitable for plasmid miniprep, midiprep, and maxiprep from bacterial lysates.
Bacterial cultures are first lysed, and the result lysates are applied into spin columns. Under low pH and chaotropic conditions, nucleic acids specifically bind to silica membranes while polysaccharides and proteins pass through. Impurities are further removed by washing. Finally, under low-salt conditions, nucleic acids are desorbed and eluted from the membrane.
Plasmids purified by CommaXP ® Gel DNA Purification Kits (Spin Columns) are suitable for various downstream routine applications, including restriction digestion, PCR amplification, sequencing, ligation, and transformation.
