INTENDED USE
CommaXTM G-25 desalting prepacked columns take full advantages of LC purification systems to desalt bio macromolecules. Biocomma provides 1-mL and 5-mL G-25 desalting prepacked columns.
The products are prepacked, ready to use columns for group separation between high and low molecular weight substances, i.e., buffer exchange prior to or after different chromatographic steps, removal of low molecular weight contaminants or removal of reagents to terminate a reaction.
