Intended Use
Large-volume genomic DNA columns are supplied with spin columns, extension tubes, connectors, and collection tubes. The connector can connect the spin column with the extension tube seamlessly. The maximum concentration ratio makes the columns are especially suitable for the extraction of nucleic acids of low concentration, such as serum/plasma circulating DNA.
Extracted nucleic acid is ready for use in many downstream applications, including PCR, real-time PCR, restriction digestion, sequencing, and library construction.
