Intended Use
Micro-scale DNA extraction columns are supplied with spin columns and collection tubes. The columns provide fast and reliable extraction of high-quality DNA from a variety of samples including swabs, urine, saliva, blood spot, and serum/plasma circulating DNA with a binding capacity of 10 μg.
Extracted DNA is ready for use in many downstream applications, including, real-time PCR, restriction digestion, sequencing, and library construction.

Note: It is recommended that the elution volume should be 20-50 μL by using NP05.
Experimental overview
Typical results
Swab DNA was extracted using BeingBio’s NP05, and the elution volume was 30 μL. Then analyzed by electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel.
