Intended Use
Genomic DNA extraction columns are supplied with spin columns and collection tubes. The columns provide fast and reliable extraction of high-quality DNA from a variety of samples including tissues, cells, plants, and blood with a binding capacity of 20 μg.
Extracted DNA is ready for use in many downstream applications, including PCR, restriction digestion, sequencing, and library construction.
