Note: It is recommended that the elution volume should be 60-100 μL by using a series of BeingBio NP30.
Experimental overview
Typical results
pUC19 was extracted from 3 mL overnight E. coli (DH5a) using columns, and the elution volume was 80 μL. Meanwhile, extracted plasmid pUC19 from 10 mL overnight E. coli (DH5a) using BeingBio HP50, and the elution volume was 100 μL. Then analyze by electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel.
